In 2008 they acquired Cybertech International Limited (Cybertech), which brought them into monitoring solutions for virtual environments such as VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper-V virtualization platforms–and also gave them access to their own proprietary software development kit (SDK) that could be used by third parties looking for solutions based on these technologies!
